Based on the novel Le Fantome de I'Opera by Gaston Leroux, Phantom of the Opera play is a Musical by Andrew Lloyd Webber. Eternally touching, a glorious (although occasionally dated) show, with a huge scale of emotions packed in. the roles of Earl Carpenter as Phantom and Rachel Barrell as a Christine are superb .
The set and special effects are also amazing. The costumes, (especially the lavish "Red Death", the thundering Overture) set the show off into a great whirlwind of excitement, and the show lives up to all of the hype associated with it.
Andrew Lloyd Webber is a musical genius and the play Phantom of the Opera is not to be missed.

The young Frankenstein cast has certainly out done themselves this time. Gene Wilder the co-screenwriter for this play has done a brilliant job in reversing the horror movie into an entertainment episode. The entire cast ranging from the voluptuous Teri Farr who remains a scintillating eye embezzlement to the outclass performance of the monster played by Peter Boyle works wonders on the set. Even Gene Hackman who plays the blind man in the forest performs an amazing act and personifies the Young Frankenstein play. The cast also involves Marty Feldman as Igor and Madeline Kahn as Frankenstein’s uptight fiancée.
